• Device Data: We collect basic device information (device model, OS version) to diagnose app crashes.
• Trip Details: We collect vehicle details, fuel logs, and odometer readings entered by the user.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data solely to:

• Generate, display, and process your official trip sheets.
• Verify mileage, fuel stops, and vehicle assignments.
• Enable company administrators to manage logistics.

3. Data Sharing and Retention

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to third parties.
• Data is only shared with your employer/fleet administrator via the MACHKG platform.
• We retain the logs as long as necessary for business and payroll compliance.
